In the past two years, the Blackburne Project Marketing Team has achieved over $700 million in off-the-plan apartment sales, working with many of Perth’s leading developers, including Stockland, Cedar Woods, Rockingham Park, Wyllie Group, Mirvac, Pindan and, of course, Diploma Properties.
The group also manages property for over 5,000 individual property owners, not only here in Australia, but around the world.
McDonald Jones Architects (MJA) is an award-winning firm of architects with a broad range of experience, not least in apartment projects. At present, MJA is engaged in the design and construction phases for over 2,100 apartments and lifestyle village units, while also in the design and construction phase of a number of hotel and hospitality projects. These include the refurbishment of the Rottnest Island Hotel and the much-anticipated restaurant at Point Fraser at the eastern entry to Perth City.
Judy Maloney has been working in the field of interior design for 20 years. During her illustrious career she has earned the respect and plaudits of her peers and clients alike, bringing her trademark design aesthetic and flair to a broad range of domestic and commercial projects here in Australia and overseas. She is currently working with MacDonald Jones Architects on the Rottnest Island Hotel and a resort in Kerala in India for architects Grounds & Kent.
